Today Friday morning, last working day of week in most of the companies. Morning climate in Chennai was very good. It was cloudy with cold breeze. I got up at 5 am as per my routine and sit in the balcony for sometime and enjoyed the climate with the glass of honey water.
Then dressed up and went down for my activities. Then done some warm up exercise for 10 minutes and start my running as the climate was very good I enjoyed running with cold breeze and completed 11 km running in 1:15 hours, then took break for 4 minutes, drunk water and started my cycling and completed 10 km cycling in around 35 minutes.
After running and cycling done 10 minutes of cool down exercise and came back to home, took bath, had a cup of tea and finished Friday morning activities.


Tips for the day - While running take small steps, this will help to avoid from injuries and you will not feel tired also.
