Yes, we should do at
least 30 minutes of exercise, weekly 4-5 days or 120 - 150 minutes of weekly
exercise which is very much required for our body to live a healthier life.
Nowadays out of 10 people hardly 5 people are doing regular physical activities
because of today's lifestyle. Most of us will sleep late and get up late in
morning. And if I wake up late, I will not get time to do exercise. As per
studies and my experience 6-8 hrs of sleep is enough for our body.
Why should I do exercise as I have no diseases?
Friends our body is
like a machine and if we don't do any kind of physical activities on a regular
basis will start getting lots of health issues as we grow older.
Take an example of
your 4-5 years old car, if we keep our car in parking for 2-4 weeks or 1 month
and if we trying to start after a month, many of us have notice it will take
time to start and sometime it may not start and we need to call a mechanic to
start our car.
