Do I need to exercise?

Do I need to walk, run, cycling ?

Do I need to do yoga?

If all this question comes to your mind then the answer is yes.

Yes, we should do at least 30 minutes of exercise, weekly 4-5 days or 120 - 150 minutes of weekly exercise which is very much required for our body to live a healthier life.
