Now, with the current busy work schedules that have intruded our lives, going for a quick run or even a walk is not possible for everyone.Cycling exercise is one of the best full body workouts that will not only keep you fit from inside but also, it will keep you fit from outside.
- A half an hour ride daily is a healthy way to keep your body fit and will protect against diseases like arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and various other health problems.

How many calories will burn in 30 minutes of cycle ride?
We can burn between
200 and 500 calories by cycling for 30 minutes. The exact number of calories
burned varies based on a number of factors, which will be your body weight, how
fast you pedal and the intensity of your workout. So, if we cycle 5 days in a
week for 30 minutes then we can burn between around 1000 - 2500 calories in a
week.
Today I did 44 minutes
of cycling and covered 11.31 km which burns my 276 calories. Friend’s you can't
believe, I learnt to cycle ride 1 year back in 2019 and before that I didn't
know cycling.
If I can do this, then why you can't ?
