        We can burn between 200 and 500 calories by cycling for 30 minutes. The exact number of calories burned varies based on a number of factors, which will be your body weight, how fast you pedal and the intensity of your workout. So, if we cycle 5 days in a week for 30 minutes then we can burn between around 1000 - 2500 calories in a week.

        Today I did 44 minutes of cycling and covered 11.31 km which burns my 276 calories. Friend’s you can't believe, I learnt to cycle ride 1 year back in 2019 and before that I didn't know cycling.
