How Yoga can change our life

  HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Today morning during this international yoga day, I was remembering my old days and benefits of Yoga and how I overcame severe back pain with the help of Yoga. In Aug/2011 when I was working in Hyderabad. After 4 months of marriage, I got severe back pain and due to this back pain, I was not able to walk for a distance of 200 meters also. I went to the doctor, he told me to do some tests and after the test came to know it was due to high cholesterol. I was disturbed with severe back pain and started thinking how to come over from this problem. After one month, I searched in google, about Yoga for back pain. I started doing yoga for back pains daily morning for 30 minutes and restricted my diet to limited. I continue my daily morning yoga and diet schedule for the next 3 months. After 3 months, my back pain was completely gone and my cholesterol level also came down. After that I never faced any back pain in my life till now and am enjoying my life.

Best time for Yoga Morning, Noon or Night?

In the simplest terms, the best time to do yoga is the time that works best for us. According to today’s lifestyle, yoga holds great importance in our lives. By regular yoga practice, a person becomes physically and mentally strong. The advantage of regular yoga is more when we do it daily and at the right time, with an empty stomach. When we say time, one question comes in our mind. In our stressful life, we cannot manage time for yoga in the morning. So many people prefer to do yoga at night and some do at noon also. But which time is good for our health?

Benefits Of Doing Yoga In The Morning

  • During morning our body works to remove the toxins inside of our body. By doing yoga and pranayama, we can extract toxins in a large amount.
  • In general, where 50-60% of toxins have to go out of our body, at the same time, we can extract 80-90% toxins from our body if we practice yoga in the morning.
  • Yoga is very good in the morning because we have good sleep overnight, our mind also remains in a state of rest, so while doing yoga in the morning we don't have any external thoughts in our mind and we can make a better concentration on our practice.

Benefits Of Doing Yoga In The Evening

  • By working whole day, our body and mind muscles are exhausted. There are some yoga and pranayama, which help to boost up our body and mind and we can do it in the evening but have empty stomachs.
  • It helps us sleep better which is important for our life. Good sleep after a busy day.

Why Not Do Yoga At Noon?

  • Yoga should never be practiced during the afternoon. The reason is very simple, we have already eaten 1 or 2 meals and the afternoon is considered good for the digestion process.
  • If we do yoga during the afternoon time it can spoil our digestion. The wrong digestion process can accumulate unwanted foods in the stomach.
