Time Management.
1. Always go to bed on time and if possible before 11 PM in night.
2. Select your clothes
for morning in the night before going to bed.
3. Get woke up on time
and if possible at 6 am.
4. Set a second alarm on the other room or away from bed.
5. Choose quick fix
breakfast options to make it fast in 30 minutes.
6. Keep some extra time
for emergencies.
Today morning I woke up at 5 am, did my daily routine work and went down. After reaching down I did some warm-up exercise for 5 minutes and started my running and completed 5 km running in 28:40 minutes, which burned my 305 calories. After running took 4 minutes of break, then started cycling and completed my 17 km cycling in 1 hr, which burned my 491 calories. Then did some cool down exercise and went back to home.
