Dreaming about New York City |
Also, we
came to know, out of 10, Katarina (Hungry) and Maria (Mexico) are very good
runners and completed their Full Marathon early within 3:30 hrs. Nilesh
(India), Min (Japan), Sharmila (India), Sachin (New Jersey) and Doreen
(Germany) also had completed Full Marathon early and also during WhatsApp discussion we
came to know that Sachin and Sharmila already done New York City Marathon early
and this will be 2nd time for them. Now we all started discussing in the group
and sharing our daily activities to motivate each other. Also started
Discussing about visa and how to process further, training plan for New York
City Marathon, Hotel stay accommodation, flight tickets and started dreaming
about New York City Marathon.
During the start of my NYRR training I completed my 3rd HM (GAVS DHRM 2019) which was held on 21/July/2019
for which I registered in June/2019 before my New York City Marathon selection
news. I completed my 3rd HM in 02:27:01 Hrs which was not good timing for me as
I completed my 2nd HM in 2:20:22 Hrs. I had planned to complete my 3rd HM
within 2:15 Hrs, but it was my bad not able to do that. It was going good till
15 km and I completed 15 km in 1:40 hrs. But after 15 km I was tired, feeling
like vomiting, so I slowed down my pace and it took 47 minutes for me to
complete the last 6 km of my HM.
From Next week I started practice for my New York City Marathon 2019.
