Feeling of youth We always hear from peoples that good habits are important to have a " healthy life ", but many of us do not know the real meaning of Healthy Life. In some cases, we translate it as: change your diet to lose weight and reduce health risks. This happens, in most cases, due to the lack of a culture of prevention. The first thing we need to do is write down our goals for our
weight loss as well as our good health program. Write down how much weight we
want to lose and pick a date as for the completion of our goal. make sure the
goal we have is realistic and attainable.
Start eating 4-6 small meals a day. The more we eat the more our metabolism speeds up. The carbohydrates we eat should be rice and pasta(brown), wheat bread and whole grains. We should not drink anything but water, if you have to drink something other than water coffee or tea is fine but avoid drinks like soda, preservative juice, alcohol etc. When we make your 4-6 meals, at least 2 of the meals should have a green leafy vegetable with it.
The biggest problem we should cut from our diet is sugar. Try and eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and avoid salt. Try and add a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes a day of exercise 4 - 5 times a week. It should be any kind of exercise like walking, running, cycling, yoga etc. It will speed up our metabolism and allow us to lose more weight. One final thought we should not eat until we get stuffed but stop when we are almost full it will make a huge difference.
So, start healthy eating habits and 30 minutes of exercise on daily basis, 4-5 days in a week. This will keep us and our family happy.
