It should be any kind of exercise like walking, running, cycling, yoga etc. It will speed up our metabolism and allow us to lose more weight. One final thought we should not eat until we get stuffed but stop when we are almost full it will make a huge difference.

So, start healthy eating habits and 30 minutes of exercise on daily basis, 4-5 days in a week. This will keep us and our family happy.
