My Today's Marathon is on Christ The Redeemer Wonder.
Today was my 6th Half marathon of ABCR 7 Wonders Virtual Marathon and also the 6th virtual marathon in the last 3 months. Today morning I woke up around 4:30. After I woke up, I went to the balcony and saw climate was OK with little humid. Then I did my daily morning routine and dressed up with my running dress and shoes and went down around 5:30 am. After reaching down I saw climate was hot with little humid. I did some warm up exercise for 10 minutes and then started my today's Half Marathon.
I started running at 5:40 am, Today I planned to do my first 10 within 60 minutes and with this target I continue my running and completed my first 5 km in 29.29 minutes, then maintained same running pace and completed my next 5 km in around 28.20 minutes and continue my run with the same pace and was able to complete another 6 km in around 35 minutes, till now I had completed 16 km of my run in around 1:33 hrs then drank some water, changed my t-shirt as it was totally wet and then again started my run, till now I was going as per my target plan to finish my today 21 k run within 2:05 hrs.
After completing 16 km in 1:33 hrs I got some confidence to finish my today's run within 2:05 hrs and break my own record of 2:07 hrs which I created 2 weeks back during my 5th Virtual HM. Today's weather hot with humid so I was more sweating during my run and feeling little tired after I completed my 16 km of run. After my 1 minute of break, I started my running and completed another 1 km in 6:06 minutes. Now I increased my pace and completed another 2 km in around 11:50 minutes. Now only 2 km left which also completed within 12 minutes and with this I completed my last 5 km within 30 minutes and I was able to complete my today Half marathon (21.22 km) in 2:04:42 hrs and break my own record which I created 2 weeks back.
After finishing my half marathon, I did some cool down exercise and went back home. After reaching home I took a bath and had my breakfast, then took some rest.
Today was my 6th Virtual Half Marathon (21 km run) and 7th Half Marathon of the year 2020. Today I ran 21.22 km in 2:04:42 hrs and this is my best and new record of 21 km run. My previous timing for 21.12 km was 2:08:30 hrs. I was feeling happy as today I broke my own record of 21 km which was created 2 weeks back and continuously making my new records every alternate week in last 2 months.
